When it comes to travel, small and compact is key. These are great gifts for anyone you know that travels a lot.

Handwarmers

This item is a must have for winter if you are on the go. I always play with my phone and then my hands gets too cold. I love keeping them in my coat pockets and sticking my hands in there to stay warm. I like the Ocoopa brand because they make really good hand warmers. These last half a day on full power or pretty much the whole day at the lowest setting. You can click the power button to see how much battery is left on them.

I discovered magnetic handwarmers last year and never going back. I love how easy it is to keep them together when not in use so that I don’t lose them. Also, if I leave them out, they look nice when stuck together. You do have to charge them separately since they are two separate power banks.

Apple AirTags

If you are an iPhone owner who tends to lose things, these devices are amazing! However, even if you don’t lose things, these are nice to have for some of your most important items in case they get stolen or misplaced by someone else. I like to keep one in my car since an AirTag costs less than $30 for a multi-thousand dollar car – pretty inexpensive tracking system given the value of what is being tracked.

Last year, I gave a friend away my pickleball bag and forgot that I left my AirTag on it. It does warn others if a specific AirTag is following them (this is a safety feature to warn for stalking). It uses the Find My app and notifies when you are a specific distance away from your AirTag(s). If you are not a iPhone user, then I recommend the Tile Tracker (see below).

Tile Tracker

I love this brand because they make small, compact, and affordable trackers. I love their slim Tile Tracker and they recently launched a sticker Tile. These are two products that Apple AirTag does not have similar products for. The slim card is great for tracking wallets.

I owned Tiles before I had AirTags and while I like them, if you an iPhone user, then you know what it is like to be in the Apple ecosystem. The integration for Apple users is not as great as with the Find My App. I enjoy the Slim tracker because it fits in the wallet well.

The Tile Mate has a hole for keyrings or carabiner which is nice. I like this because unlike the AirTags which require either you put it in loose or to buy a case for the AirTag for it, keyrings and carabiners are inexpensive.

iPhone Case with Wallet

I love this phone case because it has everything I need in it. It can hold up to four cards. It has a peek hole on the side which makes it easy to slide the cards out. When I am traveling light, this is great because then I don’t need to bring a purse.

If you are considering other alternatives for phone wallets, I will say this is my favorite after many attempts. I tried the stickers attachment for wallet and I do not recommend. The silicone sticker attachment tears over time. Since it is not flat surface, the cards stick out and it makes it easy for the cards to catch and tear the holder.

I also switched from this case to the Magsafe wallet and then back. I definitely do not recommend the Magsafe after losing my wallet in one of the worst places possible, Las Vegas (you cannot do anything there without an ID). Before I lost it, my wallet used to fall off all the time but it would hit the ground and I usually heard it and grabbed it. Unfortunately, Las Vegas is a bit too noisy and with a crowd, it rubbed against my leg or somebody else and the magnet got knocked off without me hearing it.

You can carry cash in this but it will peek out unless you hide it between cards but then there is the chance you forget and accidentally pull out the cards and the cash falls on the ground. Downside of this is that it is a little more bulky since it has the wallet so if you are used to a slim case, this would be a little bit more of an adjustment.
