Oct’23 Edition: Gift Ideas for Bridal Parties

In recent years, it’s been a trend to ask your girlfriends (and guy friends) to be a part of your party with a bridal gift package. I never found gifts that are one time use, gifts that everyone has 100 of already, or the stuff that is pink, frilly, and tacky to make any sense when you spend so much already.

Weddings are stressful, so hopefully this post can take one less thing off your mind!

I love how cute these gummies are, most of them are packaging in these clear cubes with pretty pink colors. They also taste as good as they look! I love the variety in the bento box as well as the design of the box.

Pajamas

Pajamas are useful and people usually wear through theirs over time and need to replace them. I prefer them over robes which is another common “getting ready” outfit because one robe is more than enough in closet. Personally, I don’t like robes because you always have to do a bit extra securing the waist and not flashing.

These pajamas are cute, affordable, and super soft. There are so many color options and a wide range of sizes to make sure every girl in your party matches during the photos. My most recent bridal party all wore these and we were all happy and comfortable while getting ready! The bridesmaids all wore black and the bride wore white pajamas which made for cute photos.

There is also a pajama pants set version – another friend of mine offered pants to her bridesmaids in case some didn’t enjoy shorts.

Bridal Emergency Kit

If you have ever been in a bridal party, you probably already know that someone always needs something during the day. During the getting ready phase, it might be a touch-up, loose strand of hair, someone forgetting to put on deodorant, or other emergency. The wedding planner might be highly experienced and provide an emergency kit but in case they don’t, I recommend at least getting the basics which this miniature kit covers a wide variety of potential disasters!

This is less so a gift and more of a necessity. It comes in different colors that are wedding appropriate. It’s compact so it can fit a small purse or serve as a cute mini purse.

I also recommend this over making your own kit because the stuff in this kit are more single use where as making one yourself with even the smallest of things like travel-size deodorant take up a lot of room. It’s really ideal if you are traveling for the wedding.

Crossband Fur Slippers

These faux fur slippers are cute, yet not too extravagant. It’s still a little more frivolous than I would enjoy for keeping for everyday wear after the wedding, but the price point and look of the shoes win me over.

These pair well with the pajamas mentioned earlier. There are many colors to choose from and they are comfortable to walk around in while getting ready for the big day. After a long day in heels for pictures, ceremony, and cocktail hour, I (among other bridesmaids) shamelessly swapped our heels out for the dinner and dance party. I have no regrets. So for all you girls that don’t love heels, this is a nice back-up in case your feet start hurting.
