These bags are great because you can zip it back up into a small cute bag. It’s got nice straps and a drawstring to help keep it contained. It’s also a great back-up if you go on a trip and run out of suitcase room and need something additional to carry your souvenirs back home.
Portable Battery Charger
Mentioned in my post: Oct 2023: Gift Ideas For Him – the majority of the time that I use this portable battery charger is when I am traveling. I used to fly every other week and this charger has paid off with how much I use it. We actually have four of these because we use them so frequently and occasionally lose them in travel bags.
This charger is the size of a phone. It’s convenient because it has a built-in wall plug which is all you need while traveling – no extra cables, cords, or wall chargers. It can charge all sorts of devices (Lightning, USB C, USB micro B) making it very versatile. The best part – it can charge your devices while being charged. This is an amazing feature especially for overnight trips where I need to charge my devices and have fully charged portable battery charger with me for the day.
I like that it tells you what percentage is left on the power bank so that you know when you need to recharge it. The one thing that I don’t love on it is that when it is charging, the percentage is blinking. This can be annoying if I are going to bed and the only outlet is one nearby so I can see the blinking light even with my eyes closed. We have throw a shirt over it to hide the bright light at night when we can’t ideal place it away from us.
Hot Bento – Self Heated Lunch Box and Food Warmer – Battery Powered
My family has this family tradition where we play this two-die dice game with smaller gifts. The final round of the game, all the gifts are unwrapped and any doubles means a steal. I had brought a Bento box among other things and I was shocked when that was “hot item of the year”. I even stole it during a turn as a shield for the other items I actually wanted to keep.
Fast forward to today and now that make these cool bento boxes (although not the traditional box with the separate containers). With a click of a button, you can heat the contents of your box which makes it great for on-the-go especially if you have some delicious leftovers. Steripods Clip-On Toothbrush Protector
If you know someone who travels a lot, this gift is perfect because everyone uses a toothbrush while traveling (hopefully). I used to just throw my toothbrush in my toiletry bag with all the other 100 items in there and after a few explosions, I decided to cover my toothbrush.
I really like the Steripods because it is an easy clip to get toothbrush out and later back-in to the protector. It also stands up when you set it on the legs. I like knowing my toothbrush is not touching everything and anything in my bag now. I like ordering the two packs for my significant other and I so that we have different colors and don’t confuse our toothbrushes. There is an odor with the Steripod since it is keeping the toothbrush fresh which did take some getting used to.
